A complete visitor registration and entry management system was implemented and managed for the National Center for Government Resource Systems, aiming to organize registration and check-in operations and ensure smooth attendee flow with the highest standards of accuracy and control.

Scope of Work

The role covered end-to-end management of the registration cycle, including:

• Managing the online registration platform

• Organizing and approving registrant data

• Categorizing attendee segments

• Issuing registration confirmations

• Operating verification checkpoints at entry gates

• Monitoring attendance in real time

Pre-Registration Management

We supervised receiving registration requests through the approved platform, reviewing the data and validating accuracy before approval. This included:

Entry & Check-In Operations

During the event, the verification process at entry gates was operated to ensure fast and smooth visitor reception. Key tasks included:

Dashboard & Monitoring
