The system relied on a smart entry mechanism using QR Codes. Each participant received a unique access code, verified instantly through dedicated Honeywell scanning devices to ensure smooth entry, reduce congestion, and improve attendance data accuracy.
The event was also supported with on-site instant printing services for badges and entry IDs upon arrival, including the participant’s basic information and unique access code.
To support the employment objective of the exhibition, the system provided a structured registration model that allowed job seekers to submit their information and qualifications with ease. Participating companies were able to review suitable candidates, access their profiles, and streamline the matching process—connecting talent with opportunities in a faster and more organized way.
