Redesigning and Renewing the User Experience & Integrating the App with the Booking System

Project Overview

We delivered the third version (V3) of Flynas’ mobile application by fully redesigning the app and developing a smoother, clearer user experience, while integrating the app with the company’s official booking system available on the website.

Note: Our scope of work covered the mobile application only and did not include website development.

Project Objectives

• Rebuild the user experience to make searching and booking faster and easier.

• Update the app interfaces to align with Flynas’ modern brand identity.

• Enhance the customer journey from browsing to booking completion and trip management.

• Enable direct integration with the web booking system to unify data and operations.

1) Full App Redesign (UI/UX)

• Designed completely new interfaces with an improved user experience.

• Simplified key user flows: search, flight selection, data entry, payment/confirmation (based on system workflows).

• Improved readability, navigation, and information hierarchy across screens.

2) Mobile App Development – Version 3 (V3)

• Delivered a new version of the app with higher performance and stability standards.

3) Booking System Integration

• Integrated the app with the booking system used on the website through approved APIs.

• Synchronized data to ensure accuracy of flights, bookings, and account/trip management (based on system permissions).
